Engineers from our R&D team have developed charge management systems for Ni-MH batteries that ensure good charge efficiency while reducing heat generation. Temperature and heat are the predominant factors in performance and aging of batteries. . Our battery management system was implemented in the first version of the Segway equipped with Ni-MH batteries, and it is now used in many other devices around the world.
