Request an RMA

Before requesting a return merchandise authorization (RMA), please review our return and/or warranty policy to ensure fast and seamless service for return, replacement, and repair.

Request a RMA Number

Please email us at customerservice@batterystore.com with the below information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Date of Order
  3. Ship-To Name and Address
  4. Bill-To Name and Address (if different from Ship-To address)
  5. Model Number
  6. Quantity being returned
  7. Reason for returning the product

We will review and reply to your request within 1-2 business days.

Re-package the Product

Once approved, return the product in the original packaging if possible.  If you no longer have the original shipping box or it was damaged in transit, the product must be packaged using sturdy foam and thick boxes to prevent damage during return.

Write your RMA number on the top of the box in a bold black marker.

We will also email you these instructions for completing your return.

Ship the Product

You may return the product using your carrier of choice, although we recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking service. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

After receipt, we will review the return within 3-5 business days.

Return Completed

A refund will be processed through the original payment method within one business day after the return is determined to be meet the return policy.

Warranty Claim Approved

The product will be repaired or replaced and shipped out as soon as possible after the product is determined to meet the warranty policy.
